Description/Properties
- beacon emits repeatedly series of four flashes lasting 0.5 to 2 ms within 0.8 s
- each series is separated from the next one by time interval of 1.2 s
- three levels of brightness (100%, 10%, 3%)
- automatic control of the brightness level of the flash in dependance to ambient light intensity using the photocell prevents from dazzling the pilot and saves energy at the same time
- low power consumption
- small size allows it is placement close to the heliport without risk of creating obstacles
- optional heating resistor
