- TRANSCON provides continuous customer service and online software support for all its equipment worldwide. We offer training and certification for our clients' operators and service personnel at our specially equipped Training Center in the Czech Republic.
- The turnkey solutions we deliver are highly modular, ensuring easy and convenient daily operation, maintenance, servicing, and future upgrades. Our services also include technical inspections and assessments of the current condition of airports or heliports. Based on the results of this analysis, we recommend the optimal technical solution (project) and, if needed, financing options.
- TRANSCON products meet the certification requirements of ICAO, FAA, STANAG FAVT, and MAK.

- Service interventions are divided into warranty and post-warranty services, with the primary difference being that post-warranty repairs are chargeable. Otherwise, both types of service interventions are identical.
- We provide a standard 24-month warranty on all our products. Upon customer request, individual warranty conditions can be arranged.
- The manufacturer reserves the right to make changes that improve the technical and operational features of the equipment without contradicting the basic technical specifications.
